How to use your Cosy Aromas wax melts.
Simply snap a piece of wax off and place your segment of wax melt into your wax warmer, and once melted, the scent will be released. We recommend using a 40w-60w electric wax warmer or a tealight wax burner with 4-hour soy tealights for best results.

All of our wax melts are handmade from soy wax by our small team in Ipswich, Suffolk. Each scent is thoroughly tested in a range of wax warmers and in different room setups to ensure we only release absolutely the best wax melts possible.

Disappointing

I was really disappointed with Zen and all my wax melts yet again. I was under the impression you had improved the fragrance and they were very weak. I have always ordered from you but I stopped for a while because I was disappointed. I thought I’d reorder since you have changed the wax melts but I found no difference whatsoever and you also packaged them in the cardboard which I was under the impression you knew created fragrance loss. And also the glitter additive is still there and no colour in the wax melt. Why is it only the larger wax melts are coloured and in plastic packaging. It was much better when the small ones were in little plastic pots too.

The scent that you purchased (Zen) you actually selected from our discontinued section. These are scents that are not being stocked in our new packaging as they will no longer be part of our permanent scent collections. Which is why you received them in the cardboard packaging along with the Mica being in them . We will soon be implementing the change over from the 20g cardboard packaging into the 25g clams and the website will be update as soon as they are available. Using our wax melts

Simply snap a piece of wax from your bar and place into your wax warmer. Once melted the beautiful scent will be released. Replace the wax melt when the scent has gone.

For best results

To get the optimium scent throw from our wax melts, we recommend using a 40w-60w electric wax warmer or a tealight wax burner with good quality 4 hour soy wax tealights.

FAQs

We always allow for a +/- 10% allowance on our wax melt weights.

Our wax melts are poured into moulds, so the volume will always be the same.

However, some fragrance oils are denser and therefore lighter/heavier than others. This means that whilst the volume of wax you receive will be the right size, the weights may differ because of this.

Yes, put this into your green waste bin, or add to your compost heap!

The fragrances we use are selected to ensure they are able to be used in pet products. Safety is important to us, each fragrance used in the manufacturing of the product adheres to the standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).
