Subscription Details
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month, the cut-off date for this months box is the 20th. If you subscribe before the 20th you'll receive this months box, if you subscribe afterwards then you'll receive the next months box.
Our subscription boxes are all sent out around the middle of each month, so you'll receive it shortly after then. When signing up for Cosy VIP you are agreeing to receive a box of our soy wax melts each month until you cancel, which you can do at any point after your first renewal date.
Shipping is FREE on orders over £30.
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days and are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Royal Mail 24 Tracked, whichever you choose at the checkout.

But now the new owners have taken over the scents are stronger and longer lasting than ever! I've even re started my vip monthly box and went deluxe. Not sure what I'm reviewing. The photo doesn't relate to the box I received last week.
But generally the melts are lovely and always sent just as I'm running out - full marks for that !
Some melts are rather subtle for my taste, but some are beautiful with a good "throw" of delicious scent. I have a burner in the bathroom, and with the stronger melts the perfume will fill most of my bungalow - gorgeous !

Very nice smells , glad you have started changing the packaging back as the cardboard one must dry the candles out so they don’t have a strong smell. Like they used to
