Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month, the cut-off date for this months box is the 20th. If you subscribe before the 20th you'll receive this months box, if you subscribe afterwards then you'll receive the next months box.
You will receive a link to vote for your favourites each month. Voting closes on the 19th of each month.
Our subscription boxes are all sent out around the middle of each month, so you'll receive it shortly after then. When signing up for Cosy VIP you are agreeing to receive a box of our soy wax melts each month until you cancel, which you can do at any point after your first renewal date.
Shipping is FREE on orders over £30.
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days and are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Royal Mail 24 Tracked, whichever you choose at the checkout.

Love to receive my VIP deluxe box every month,,the melts are absolutely gorgeous and in the deluxe box is an extra item,just for deluxe members, that makes it more exciting,the goods are incredible, which could include a luxury spray, carpet freshener or some exclusive melts only available for deluxe VIP. Iam so pleased with mine,always happy and loving the extras,I would highly recommend,and would recommend more for a deluxe VIP,you only pay a bit more,but get a lot more.
